¨ We price our homes to include everything you need to move in.  Well, septic, driveway, sod, sprinkler - whatever you need we can provide.  But if you want to provide any part of the building process yourself - you can do that too!

¨ Not sure how to choose your tile, countertops, carpet?  We have an interior decorator to assist you with choosing your interior design.

¨ We are fully insured so that you can be comfortable knowing that your investment is in safe hands.

¨ We have a model home open everyday of the week with someone who can answer all your questions.
